All of the marketing materials and other information contained in this material has been prepared in good faith, in reliance upon sources of information believed to be accurate by the Developer, in an effort to disclose material facts about the Project. The purpose of these materials is to give a potential buyer enough information to determine whether he or she might be interested in purchasing a Unit in the Condominium. However, each potential buyer is urged strongly to engage a competent lawyer or other advisor in connection with his or her decision to purchase a Unit.
All buyers must understand that the Developer is providing no express or implied warranties in these materials, and by accepting title to a Unit in the Condominium Project, each buyer shall be deemed to have waived any claim, right, or cause of action arising out of or relating to any defect, error, omission, or misstatement as contained within these materials.
